Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes are displayed at Stripe checkout before payment. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Ledger & Co. issues an order reference.
Made-to-order work
Every piece is produced to order. Product images are digital previews; color, crop, canvas wrap, frame grain, and finish can vary slightly in physical production and across screens.
Personalization and proof approval
Personalized artwork is not released to production until you approve the digital proof. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, coordinates, placement, and other requested details. After approval, production is released no earlier than the next U.S. business day and only after payment funding is confirmed. Changes may no longer be possible once the order is released.
Availability
Sizes, finishes, and production locations are validated against current fulfilment availability before checkout. If a paid order cannot be produced as offered, Ledger & Co. will propose an alternative or issue an appropriate refund.
Intellectual property
Artwork, photography, copy, branding, and site materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
